Friday, May 1: A Special Collaboration with Triple Helix, The Rivers School, and Composer Eric Sawyer

This is a special collaborative concert featuring Triple Helix Piano Trio, The Rivers School Choruses conducted by Susan Emmanouilidis, and composer Eric Sawyer. The performance will include music inspired by the Transcendentalists, including composer Charles Ives and his grandiloquent Piano Trio. Lois Shapiro, pianist of Triple Helix, will also perform Ives’ Alcott movement from the Concord Piano Sonata. On Sunday, October 18, at 3 pm, Triple Helix will perform at St. John's Episcopal Church, 100 Chapel Street, Portsmouth, New Hampshire.  The program will be: Haydn: Piano Trio in F# Minor Martin: Trio on Popular Folk Tunes Brahms: Piano Trio in C Major Tickets are available at the door, and a $20 donation is suggested.
